2. Product Representation & Quality
- Fabric Accuracy: We take great care to describe our thread counts, GSM, and material compositions accurately.
- Color Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor displays, mobile screen brightness, and professional studio lighting, the actual color of the textile may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.
- Natural Variations: For handcrafted or artisanal products (such as hand-loomed throws or embroidered cushions), minor irregularities in weave or stitch are not considered defects but are hallmarks of authentic craftsmanship.
3. Pricing and Availability
- Currency: All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Taxes: Prices are inclusive of applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise.
- Inventory: While we aim for real-time inventory updates, occasionally an item may be out of stock after an order is placed. In such cases, we will notify you immediately for a substitution or a full refund.
4. Shipping & Heavy Load Delivery
- Nationwide Shipping: We deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan.
- Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days for major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad) and 5–8 business days for other regions.
- Large Orders: For bulk orders (e.g., full bridal sets or large dining collections), delivery may take slightly longer due to special handling requirements.
5. Payment Methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to a certain limit (as defined at checkout).
- Prepaid: We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, EasyPaisa, and JazzCash.
- Security: Your payment data is processed through secure, encrypted third-party gateways. Gharaana does not store your sensitive financial information.
6. User Conduct & Intellectual Property
- Copyright: All website content, including photography, textile patterns, and logos, is the property of Gharaana. Any unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of our designs will result in legal action.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and password.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gharaana shall not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if Gharaana has been advised of the possibility of such damages. We are not responsible for any damage caused to textiles due to improper washing or failure to follow care instructions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal disputes shall be settled in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
