At Gharaana, we want your home to feel exactly as you imagined. If our textiles don’t meet your expectations, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with international quality standards.


1. The 7-Day “Home-Trial” Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, your items must be unwashed, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Packaging: Items must be returned in their original Gharaana packaging (including the protective PVC bags for bedding).

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and health reasons, the following items cannot be returned once the seal is broken:

  • Washed Linens: Any item that has been laundered or dry-cleaned.
  • Used Bedding: Bedding that shows signs of use (scents, hair, or stains).
  • Clearance/Sale Items: Items purchased from the “Last Chance” or “Flash Sale” sections are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Custom Orders: Tailor-made curtains or specially sized bedding are non-returnable.

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

We take great pride in our Faisalabad-sourced quality, but if we missed a stitch:

  • Report Time: You must notify us of any weaving defects, stains, or size errors within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Our Responsibility: For verified defects, we will provide a full replacement or a 100% refund, including all shipping costs.

4. How to Start a Return

  1. Request: Email at returns@gharaana.store with your Order ID and a photo of the item.
  2. Approval: Once approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
  3. Logistics: For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the return courier charges. We recommend using a trackable service like TCS or Leopards.

5. Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Option A (Store Credit): Receive 100% of your order value as a Gharaana Gift Card (valid for 1 year). This is the fastest method.
  • Option B (Cash Refund): For prepaid orders, the refund will be sent to your original payment method (Bank/Card/EasyPaisa) within 7-10 business days.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via Bank Transfer or JazzCash.

6. Exchanges

If you ordered a King size but meant to order a Queen, we are happy to exchange it!

  • You will be charged a flat exchange delivery fee of Rs. 250 to cover the logistics of the new item being sent out.
